✨Our Process
• We work with a production partner to create each of our items. Each item
is made to order, so we have a processing time of 1-3 days before shipment.
• We do direct-to-garment printing on all of our items. DTG is a printing
method that sprays the ink onto the garment, which soaks into the fibers of
the garment. It's like printing on paper, but on clothing. It is precise
and produces high-quality results!

• You will receive:
1 PNG file
PNG 300 DPI
• As soon as you place an order, we will send the design to you via Etsy
message or your email. If you want to purchase a different file format,
such as SVG... Please message us.
❤️ EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
• We do not except returns, unless the item is damaged or defective, but we
do except exchanges. Please read the size chart carefully before making
final decisions on your size. Please also double-check your shipping
address, as we are unable to track/cancel an order placed with a wrong
address.
