I received an item I didn’t order. Accidents happen, but I emailed immediately and shared the item that came and asked if this could be corrected. They asked me to check around my home. I explained again that I received the wrong item and offered to return the item, but requested a correction. I again was told that they understood, but wanted to know if I got anything. The corrected item was never received and no effort was made to even read the emails I sent. This was a memorial orniment and meant a lot to my family. This company destroyed that.
