1. HOW DOES IT TAKE DELIVERY FOR THE DELIVERY TO BE SENT OUT ?
Please check the details included for each individual product. Each product page includes how long it takes to dispatch that particular article. Please note that this period is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Besides this, the period for the actual transport must still be added. The following section explains our delivery time symbols.
– All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
– 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 5-7 business days of payment.
– We will notify to you by email when your items have been shipped. Make sure that our emails are not considered as your spams.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Estimated time of arrival for your item would depend on a couple of things. The first would be the type of delivery service chosen upon checkout of your order. The second factor would be where your delivery address would be.
For other special offers and giveaway items, please allow from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery as they may be shipped from other countries.
For international shipping allows from 3-5 weeks.
We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
In the event that delivery fails, you will receive a message via email or SMS to reschedule your delivery. The soonest you may reschedule your delivery would be the next working day.
3. WILL MY ITEM(S) BE SENT IN ONCE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
4. HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
After you place an order you have limited time to request an order modification. Here are the details:
Any requests to change or cancel your order should be made within 24 hours of order submission.
After 24 hours your order may not be eligible for modification.
If an order is eligible for a modification, a Request Change link will be visible in your Order History.
5. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver world-wide. We ship to more than 200 countries (United States, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, etc…), and you can enjoy on all items sold on the Store. . 6. HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive confirmation of shipment from us on the day your goods are handed over to the delivery company via email. The email will have a link for tracking your package
It may take up to 7-10 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments).

7. WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?
Our customers are able to choose from the various delivery companies we employ. We use Epacket and DHL- Express logistics partners to be able to offer our customers optimal delivery and service conditions.
A. EPACKETEpacket is a shipping option offered by Chinese and Hong Kong merchants when shopping on popular Chinese marketplaces like Aliexpress, Lazada, GearBest, Banggood. ePacket shipping allows these merchants to provide a fast and affordable shipping option for light packages.
How long does it take for an ePacket to be delivered?
Most supported countries: 7 to 15 business days
Mexico: 20 business days
Saudia Arabia, Ukraine, and Russia: 7 to 15 business days
B. EMS Shipping Time
In general, This depends on where you live. An EMS parcel can reach its destination within 3-7 working days. For some remote areas, it may need another two days.
To Southeast Asia and South Asia Areas: within 3 days
To Australia: within 4 days
To European and American countries: within 5 days.
The above time is the average arrival time for ePacket. Some of the parcels may be delayed by holidays, bad weather or other reasons. In most cases, it should arrive in two months. Better contact EMS as soon as possible if you couldn’t receive it within two months as it’s not normal.
Weight limits for ePacket packages.
Each ePacket package should be less than 2 kg. The only exception to this is when shipping to Israel and UK. Packages to Israel can be up to 3 kg and packages to UK can be up to 5 kg.
DHL is our logistics partner for an inexpensive and secure international delivery service. Delivery time using DHL Standard (for deliveries within the European Union) is 4-6 working-days from dispatch of the goods. Delivery times for countries outside the European Union can be found on DHL’s world-wide delivery times list.
