Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

The duration depends on the shipping method you choose when you place an order and the destination country. However, the estimated delivery usually takes 5-7 business days so you can get the package. Please note that delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as floods or typhoons.
However, 96% of our packages usually arrive at the destination address earlier than the estimated timeline.

4. May I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (5-7 days). Email: [email protected] with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number

5. Can I change or cancel the order?

If you want to cancel the order or change anything about the order. Please contact us via email [email protected] within 24 hours after you place, we will support you with details.

6. How can I pay?

We currently accept Stripe, PayPal and credit card payments!

7. What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with the wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please contact us via email [email protected] within 24 hours after you place it, we will change it to the correct address. If we did not receive any of your requests to make a correct address and the package has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders.

8. Taxes & Duties

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

9. Where is the package shipped from?

All products are produced in the USA so it means that they will be shipped from there.

10. How can I pay without Paypal?

Of course, you can do that. You can follow with this way to done payment without Paypal account.
– Step 1: You choose the canvas you want then fill in all information that are necessary.
– Step 2: You click on the button “ Complete order
– Step 3: You will see two options appeared, please click on the button “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” to pay by your Credit Card.
Please check your connection before you try it.

11. How can I get a preview of my order?

Do not hesitate to contact us if you want to have a preview. We will only design after you placed it in our store and we will send a preview of your design image before shipping via email, which was used to place the order.
*However, there are some products that allow you to preview

12. What is the status of my order?

Please contact us via email [email protected] and provide the order number or ID invoice number, we will check it and respond to us as soon as possible.

13. May I get a tracking number?

Please note that all orders will be updated with the tracking number after it is processed and the tracking number will be sent to the email, which was used when you place. If you were missing it, please contact us via email [email protected], we will send it to you again.

14. The tracking number notification that the package was delivered but I have not got it.

If the package was marked delivered but you have never received it, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Check around your home/department in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
  • Step 2: Asking your neighbors and members of your family and checking the camera system because someone could pick the package up or the package was stolen.
  • Step 3: Reaching out to the local post office to get the information details about the package.

If you still can not locate your package, please contact us via email [email protected] we will support you.

15. What do I have to do if something arrives wrong with my order?

Please contact us via email [email protected] and let us know which problem with the order you have.

We always want to help you receive the correct product in perfect condition.

16. How do I return or exchange my products?

Please contact us via email [email protected] and let us know what the problem is.

We will work with you to correct the issue. Please remember, you will not able to return us if these are custom products.

17. My package was damaged what I have to do next?

Please do not worry about that. You can take off the box then provide some front and back photos of the product(s) received and packing slip after that you send them to email [email protected].

We will double-check your case and ship a new package, which is free and you do not have any additional cost.

18. How do I add a discount or promotion code?

You can add a discount code or promotion code at checkout before purchase. Limited to one promotion per order.

If you have a discount or promotion code offer, please verify that the discount is applied before completing your payment.

19. Do you have gift cards?

We do have gift cards! You can click here to get the gift card and special promotion for every day.

20. How can I get free shipping?

Of course, you can place an order on Friday and use the promotion code “ HAPPYFRIDAY” to get free shipping. This is a promotion in our store every Friday for the US market.
We always offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more products (US only)
